1. Data we collect
We collect: account info (name, email, gender, country of residence, first language), usage data (lessons, progress), and payment data (encrypted via certified processors).
2. How we use your data
We use your data to provide the service, personalize experience, communicate about your account, and improve our products. We will not sell your data to any third party.
3. Sharing with third parties
We share data only with: our payment processor (PayTabs), our email service (Resend), our hosting provider, or if legally required by authorities.
4. Cookies & tracking
We use cookies that are essential for signing in and for the site to work. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but sign-in will then not work.
5. Data security
We protect your data with SSL encryption and secure storage, and access is restricted to authorized staff.
6. Your rights
You have the right to: access your data, modify it, delete your account, port your data. To exercise these, write to info@taarabic.com
7. Lesson recording
Lessons are recorded as audio together with room events (joining, leaving, room tools) — not camera video and not screen sharing — to control quality, resolve disputes and improve the service. A recording is kept for 30 days by default and then deleted, longer only while a report or dispute about it is open. It is available to authorised platform staff and, where needed in a dispute, to the two sides of the lesson; it is not published or used for marketing without your written consent. The video-room provider (a third party) processes the audio and events on our behalf. You can ask us to delete recordings tied to your account, unless they relate to an open report, by writing to info@taarabic.com.
8. Support access to your account
An authorised platform admin may sign in to your account as you to resolve a technical or administrative problem, only from a verified admin account. Every such access is logged (who, which account, when) and you are notified; the session ends automatically after 30 minutes, and during it the admin cannot change your password, delete the account, make payments, or send messages or reviews in your name.
