Delete your account
You can delete your Talk Arabic account and personal data at any time, from the website or the app.
Delete it yourself (fastest)
- Sign in on taarabic.com or in the Talk Arabic app.
- Open Settings and choose Delete account.
- Confirm. You are signed out and your account is removed immediately.
Before you delete
Cancel your upcoming lessons first. Teachers must have no payout in progress. If you still have minutes in your wallet, contact us before deleting.
What we delete
Your name, email, phone number, photo and country; your sessions and linked sign-in accounts; notifications, placement results, exam attempts, certificates and flashcards; and, for teachers, the profile text, availability and uploaded documents.
What we may keep
Records we must keep for payments, accounting and security (lesson and payment history without your name, and security logs without email, IP address or device details) can be kept in anonymized form.
Can't sign in?
Email us from the address registered on your account and we will delete it within 30 days.
